Lincoln Park is a very large and beautiful park with features including a large grassy field, a baseball field, rubberized playground, stairs, ramps, basketball court, paved paths, and more!
Parking & Start Location
When you drive up to the park, drive past the Lincoln Park sign on Reynolds Street and take a right onto Lee Avenue. There are several parking spots on Lee Avenue. We will meet by the playground and concession stand.

Morgan is an Army spouse and proud mother of two, 3-year-old Liam and 1-year-old Addison. For 8 years, she served as a logistics officer in the Army, where she most recently managed critical logistical operations in Germany. In 2023, while on maternity leave with her daughter, Morgan discovered SLAM and fell in love with the empowering community of women that it offered. She decided to leave the Army in pursuit of stability for her family, earning her certification as a Group Fitness Instructor in order to channel her passion for fitness and community. Today, Morgan leads SLAM Monterey where she inspires through her leadership and commitment to helping other moms find strength, support, and balance.
