Jess is a wife, mom of four (Allie 7, Michael 5, Jude 3, and Mia 1), army veteran, and Cincinnati native. Growing up, she played basketball, volleyball, and ran track. For college, she attended the United States Military Academy where she competed on the women’s boxing team and danced on the West Point Salsa Team. She first fell in love with SLAM after her first baby was born and loved being a part of the DC S.L.A.M. community as a mama of multiples. She holds a group fitness instructor certification from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and is certified in First Aid and CPR. Her favorite ways to sweat are HIIT style workouts, long runs with good music, and any pickup sports!
