SLAM Boss

Colleen Wiechnik | colleen@sweatlikeamother.com
Colleen Wiechnik is a certified personal trainer and the proud owner of Spire Fitness in Yardley, PA. Taking a leap of faith in January 2020, she turned her passion for health and wellness into a thriving community-focused fitness studio. While Spire Fitness offers a variety of classes for adults, Colleen has a special passion for engaging children in fitness. She is thrilled to add SLAM to her many offering for moms in the Yardley area!
As a mom herself, she understands the importance of staying active to keep up with little ones and strives to instill a love for movement in kids through engaging programs at her studio and at SLAM. Her commitment to youth fitness extends beyond Spire Fitness—she also oversees the Healthy Kids Running Series in Newtown, PA, a program designed to encourage children to develop a lifelong appreciation for an active lifestyle.
Outside of her work, Colleen finds joy in spending time with her 7-year-old son, Wyatt. Whether she’s running community programs, leading workouts, or chasing after her energetic son, she’s always on the move. She loves making memories with her family, especially during trips to the shore. Through Spire Fitness, SLAM, and her work in the Bucks County community, Colleen is dedicated to helping individuals—both young and old—discover the benefits of a healthy and active life.
